Det var på tide å lage brød uten gjær. Ikke alle magene der ute som tåler gjær så bra. Smaker kjempe godt!

Ingredienser:
4 dl vann
5 dl sammalt hvetemel, grovmalt
2 dl havregryn
1 ss chiafrø
1 ss linfrø
2 ss solsikkekjerner
1 ss sesamfrø
2 ts natron
En liten klype salt
1 ss olivenolje, til å ha i formen

Fremgangsmåte:
Ha alle ingrediensene i en bolle, bland godt sammen. Smør brødformen med 1 ss olivenolje. Hell røren oppi, og ha et rent håndkle over. La det stå å heve i 4 – 8 timer. 
Varm ovnen til 225 grader, og stek brødet i ca 35 min. (Dette avhenger selvfølgelig fra ovn til ovn, prøv deg frem)

 Oppbevares best inni et håndkle på kjøkkenbenken.

      So nice to hear! Of course you will get the recipe in English. This bread is one of my favorites too, so juicy and good. Hope your husband like it! 🙂

      INGREDIENTS
      4 dl water
      5 dl of whole-wheat flour
      2 dl oatmeal
      1 tablespoon chia seed
      1 tablespoon flax seed
      2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
      1 tablespoon sesame seeds
      2 tablespoons of baking soda
      A small pinch of salt
      1 tablespoon olive oil (in the breadpan)

      DIRECTIONS
      1. Have all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well together. Grease bread with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
      2. Pour the batter in a clean bowl and have a clean towel over. Leave to stand for 4 to 8 hours.
      3. Heat the oven to 225 °C degrees, and bake the bread for about 35 minutes. (This depends of course, from oven to oven)

      Store best inside a towel on the kitchen counter. Best fresh with some butter and maybe some cheese on 🙂
